How much is the deposit?

A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required upon booking.

Setup and delivery ?

We offer free delivery. We can setup on most indoor/outdoor spaces. Please note, Outdoor setups needs to be on grass or concrete

What is the cancellation policy?

we require a 24 hour notice for cancellation or reschedule of your event.

Inclement weather?

We know the weather is unpredictable, we will try our best to keep up with the weather the day of your event. Please have a backup plan in place if weather is not suitable for your event.

When is payment due?

A $50 deposit is required upon booking, the remaining balance will be due 1 week prior to your event.

Can you add decor to the bounce houses ?

Absolutely! You can add balloon garlands and vinyl words. Please be mindful of sharp objects or heavy adhesive’s.

Power supply?

Do you need a power supply for the inflatable’s? Yes! We will need a 3 prong outlet or a generator.
